FAQ
Do we need to print our tickets to present at the Box Office?
Printed tickets are not necessary. When you arrive, make your way to the Box Office and we can find your tickets by name. If you purchased the tickets on someone else’s behalf and will not be attending, please contact the Box Office before arrival.
I am no longer able to attend the event. Can I get a refund?
Tickets will not be refunded or rebooked due to illness, weather or road closures. If you wish to sell your ticket, you can do so by visiting our Facebook page and posting on our message board – this is where we direct people who are looking for tickets once we’ve sold out. Please contact the Box Office to inform of us of the name change.
What if I arrive after the performance has started?
Whenever possible, latecomers will be seated during appropriate intervals within the performance. If you will be late, please contact the Box Office.
If there is poor weather will the show be cancelled?
We are a hardy bunch and will go ahead with the show in almost all conditions. Weather conditions are changeable, so we don’t make a call to cancel until the evening of the event. If there is rain, we will move the production (aside from the Walk of Terror) into our covered rain venue.
Are the performances accessible?
The summer and winter shows are wheelchair accessible. For the winter show, patrons in wheelchairs must be accompanied by someone to assist them into and out of the sleigh. Wheelchairs are not permitted on sleighs.
As the Walk of Terror takes place on the uneven or forested ground, we recommend that you call the Box Office before purchasing a ticket.
Are pets allowed?
With the exception of accredited service animals, no pets are allowed, due to the involvement of horses.
Will there be beverages or food onsite?
Our Bar & Concession will be open serving hot buttered popcorn, local fine wine, ales, and ciders, and an assortment of snacks.
Can I take pictures?
You are free to take pictures before and after the show! However, photography is not permitted during a show or production.
What should I wear and bring?
Dress for the weather! Our productions take place outdoors in a natural environment. Dressing in layers and bringing blankets is encouraged.
